Humanity Art Installation
Concept & Development | Direction & Design | Experiential
The Humanity Art Installation is made up of 35 words repeated that reflect what humanity means to Masai Ujiri. Inspired by Nelson Mandela’s quote “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”, the installation uses light to create a ripple effect with its words, symbolizing the need to spread more humanity. The sculpture is built in a seamless circle formed under the Humanity symbol. The traveling installation appeared at Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, Toronto Pearson Airport and Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
